All our tea range is Organic and is selected from some of the best Organic growers of tea in the world.

Our range is also Vegan. Yes, even our "Sweet 'n' Spice" Sticky Chai is made with a delicious rice malt syrup, so no animal products are used in the manufacture of this delicious tea.

All our teas are naturally Gluten Free, therefore are a safe choice for those with Coeliac Disease.

All our teas are naturally derived from natures best, therefore some of the tea blends containing black tea will naturally contain caffeine. Our Herbal blends such as Magnificent Mint and Fludi-Tea are naturally caffeine free. Please refer to the description of each of our delicious teas to check if the one you have selected contains caffeine or not.

Storage of our teas are simple. You can re-seal the packet that you purchased the tea in, or alternatively store in an airtight container out of direct sunlight.

Our tea is a natural product. Therefore, depending on the combinations of natural ingredients some when packaged, look fuller than others. All our teas are sold by weight and are double checked to ensure you get the quantity stated.

Our Ingredients are sourced from all-over the world. By being able to source and select the best ingredients, this gives us the reassurance that we are getting the best quality possible for our tea blends. All our ingredients are not only organically and sustainably grown, they are grown in the best climates to produce the best that the world has to offer.

We have sourced the best possible shipping price for you. Currently, it costs $ 9.50 per package, shipped on the same day to the same address. However, Awakened Tea will ship your tea for free if you spend over $50.00 in one order. All our tea is packed with love and is delivered to your door in recyclable, compositable, and sustainable packaging so we are doing our best to help our environment.

Please be aware that shipping times can vary and is out of our control once your order leaves us. However, once we receive your order, we get to work on getting it on its way to your cup as soon as possible for you to enjoy. You will receive a confirmation email to let you know its on its way and to expect it soon.

Please contact us via the “contact us” page and let us know if your order hasn’t been delivered within a reasonable timeframe of receiving notification that your tea is on its way. We will arrange replacement product to be sent to you should it be discovered that your package has gone missing.
